1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oakleaf Services website and rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Oakleaf Services provides boom lift rental services, specifically the Easy Lift 70-36AJ tracked boom lift, serving the Yarmouth, Clare, and Digby areas of Nova Scotia. All rentals are subject to availability and our rental agreement terms.

3. Rental Agreement

Each rental is governed by a separate rental agreement that must be signed before equipment is released. The rental agreement will include specific terms regarding rental duration, pricing, delivery, insurance requirements, and operator responsibilities.

4. Equipment Use

Renters are responsible for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment. Equipment must be operated by qualified personnel in accordance with all applicable safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will be the responsibility of the renter.

5. Liability

Oakleaf Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of rental fees paid for the specific rental period in question.

6. Insurance

Renters are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance may be required before equipment is released.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation policies will be outlined in the individual rental agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify or cancel a reservation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
